FanGames is a tool for creators on Fanvue. It lets a creator offer "keys" to their fans inside Fanvue chat, lets fans open animated chests with those keys, and delivers the prizes the creator configured. FanGames is not affiliated with Fanvue.
By connecting your Fanvue account or using a chest link, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Fanvue's own terms and content rules also apply to you and to everything you offer through FanGames.
You are solely responsible for your prizes, your key prices and the content you deliver, and for complying with Fanvue's rules and the laws that apply to you. FanGames never delivers anything you did not configure.
FanGames charges you a monthly plan based on the number of active fans (fans who played in the last 30 days). Plans are billed through Fanvue's App Store and are subject to Fanvue's billing and refund terms. If your plan is full, new fans cannot join until space frees up or you upgrade; fans who already paid are never locked out.
Keys are sold by the creator as pay-to-view messages inside Fanvue and are paid for on Fanvue. FanGames does not process your payment and never sees your card details. Refunds and disputes are handled by Fanvue.
Keys only work with the creator you bought them from. Opening a chest uses one key and gives one prize drawn at random using the odds shown on the chest page. The result is decided on our servers and cannot be influenced by the player.
Free chests, when a creator offers them, can be claimed at the interval the creator sets and draw only from the prizes the creator marked as free.
The exact odds are always shown. Creators set a daily spending limit per fan, and you can turn off reminders at any time (send /stop or use the switch on your chest page). If playing stops being fun, stop. We may limit or suspend accounts to protect players.
Prizes are delivered automatically to your Fanvue account (media access) or as a chat message. If a delivery fails we retry automatically. We cannot guarantee delivery if Fanvue is unavailable or if the creator's connection to FanGames has been revoked.
Do not abuse, attack or reverse-engineer the service, try to manipulate odds or deliveries, share or sell chest links, or use FanGames for anything unlawful or against Fanvue's rules.
FanGames is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the content and prizes offered by creators.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: support@stellorns.xyz.
