1. What we collect

Creators: your Fanvue user ID, handle, display name and email (if Fanvue shares it), the OAuth tokens that let FanGames act on your account (stored encrypted), your settings, your key packs and prizes, and your plan status.

Fans: your Fanvue user ID, handle and display name (as provided by Fanvue when you message a creator), your key balance, your chest openings and prizes, your free-chest and reminder status, and the commands you send to a creator in chat. We do not store the rest of your conversations: messages that are not FanGames commands are ignored.

Payments: purchases are made on Fanvue. We receive a notification with the amount and which pack was paid; we never receive card details.

2. How we use it

To run the service: sell keys, open chests, deliver prizes, show a creator their stats and fans, send the chat messages you trigger or that a creator enabled (such as reminders, which you can stop at any time with /stop), enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.

A creator can see the handle, display name, key balance and activity of the fans who play with them.

3. Your chest link

The link we send you is your only credential on FanGames. Keep it private. We store only a hash of it, it expires, and a new one replaces the old one. If you think it leaked, request a new one with /chest.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use infrastructure providers to run the service (database, cache, hosting) and Fanvue itself, which is where chats and payments happen. Creators see their own fans' data as described above.

5. Cookies

Creators get one session cookie to stay signed in. The fan page uses no cookies; it keeps your language and sound preference in your browser's local storage.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep data while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and accounting. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving reminders, at any time: support@stellorns.xyz (fans can also send /stop in chat).

Fans can erase their profile data (name and handle) at any time with the "Delete my data" button on their chest page; transaction records (keys, purchases, openings) are kept without personal data for accounting. Creators can delete their account from Settings: processing stops immediately and all data is permanently erased after 30 days (reconnecting within that period restores the account).
